"Dirty Kick"

I have a kick that I really like. But when I try to play it, it sounds a little "dirty". It´s kind of the noise of vinyl. Like "ssssss". Anyone can help me fix my kick? I tried some Sound Forge changes, but there´s no effective result. Maybe any plug-in??? I don´t have any plug-in.

Thanks in advance.           LOADING...

in sound forge, use some EQ plug ins, preferably Paragraphic. play around with it till you hear no more hissing. also, have the wav file fad out exponentially, it will cut back on many backdoor sounds.           "We Do Not Allways See Things As They Are. Play with a paragraphic EQ as Jason said, and maybe lower the kick volum in general (do this by normalizing the kick).
Perhaps the noises come from your speakers \headphones \monitors. Check the sound on a different system.

If it's a "sssssss" then reduce the amount of high frequencies. It may make the kick sound a bit punchless, but this can be fixed again by using the pencil tool in sound forge

Thank u guys!

Jason and Mike, u got the point. I changed the envelope and the wav file become like a exponential and the sampler sounded a bit puchless. Thanks!

A. when I used the noise reductor, I reduced the noise, but other one was created. Like a snap.

And PROSECT, do u really want the sampler? Send me a pvt message.           LOADING...
