Buy the Q if you want to make good sounds:)
But i recomend you to buy the Q-rack with a MIDI
Keyboard! |

on the contrary - I think he should buy the whole Q keyboard...
it will be his Master controller keyboard couse it has a big number o fknobs and the keyboard itself is very nice to play with. Also, a keyboard Q is much more intuitive with itself - couse it knows ITSELF better... |

Well...I think you are full of...:)
The filters of the Q rack are much stronger and
works better!
P.s
If you want a lot of knobs you can buy yourself
a MIDI keyboard with a lot of knobs...like:
* http://www.midiman.com/products/midiman/images/key61x500.jpg - 61 keys (toooooo much)
* http://www.midiman.com/products/midiman/images/key49x500.jpg
* http://www.midiman.com/products/midiman/oxygen8.php (Simple but nice):)

Another keyboard will never be as good and satisfying as the Waldorf built in with the synth! - it's a ONE machine :)
it's better to have at least one synth keyboard to know how it feels ... and I' not talking about CS1x bah |
