i heard both... it seems like they r preety similar. in the waldorf u have those unlimited knobs that i really liked... i think i'll buy the waldorf...

Hi man..
In my opinion..
Waldorf q have more dirty voices, distorced scraching .. i like him very well..
In other side you have virus .. good sinth ..but every body in the world including good and bad producers are using it .. so every body have the same voices you no .. try some new sinths . diferent ones ... waldorf is very good .. the korg ms 2000 is very good to .. the korg tryton...
you have yamaha an1x and very others .. like . nord lead is a fuking killer sinth but every budy used .. so try the nord modular .. "this one for me is fuking good".. you can go any here ,.. create your on voices ....
do the best choice ... listen to the sinths voices before .. to no iff it works on your music ...

I gues we are talking about the keyboard version right ? it's THE Q?!
got like 60 knobs or something, with Waldorf Power, I don't know what tha hell you are waiting - and it's not JUSt for psy, it can fit any other styles - which you would get through in the way :)
The virus is something you could buy as a RACK for the Q keyboard if you really want it so much - and you can also get it second hand from anyone - couse it IS selling... I myself liked Q keyboard much more than Virus' - it's Q got one like the nordlead keyboard.
anyway, no dilema - so go buy whatever you decided :)
