Can't understand why this is supposed to be so hot. Am I missing a frequency here? To me all these tracks sound the same. One of these tracks would fit nicely on a compilation, but to buy this album and listen to the same synth, bass and drums 9 times? I think not...

Depends on lot of things... Some people see 9 different enjoyable tracks here. Some do not.
This is not supposed to be hot. This is supposed to be just the way you feel it. |

hot??? no, no, for me its very cold and dark....... huehueheuheuheuhue.........
btw, it's just a matter of taste. i can say that music from projects that i don't like so much like, for example, astrix and alien project, sound all the same, and there'll be people that'll say me that it doesn't happens.
another example: have u ever joined a person that doesn't like electronic music and say that all the music sound the same??

Digital Talk delivered a very storming set in Århus this fall, very powerful nighttime music (in not to big doses). I've heard some of their tracks on different compilations though, and it's not something that appeals for me at home, so I doubt I'll buy this one.
For the twisted nighttime freaks it should be a good buy.

Korda,
Buddy, I couldn't agree with you more...I bought the CD from Psyshop and am regretting having spent the $15 bucks on it. It's not half as good as I expected and overall was a huge disappointment for me who was a true Droidsect lover.... The Scruffy Connection was a decent track, other than that, a VERY VERY boring CD.
Nothing like the old killers bro:
1. Droidsect - Burnin' Metal
2. Droidsect - Supernatural
3. Droidsect - Poltergeist
4. Droidsect - PH Acid
5. Digital Talk - Earth Poison
I don't think the group's as good without Raphael in the trio!
BOOM!

What a waste of money this album has been.
all the tracks lack that magic
that digital talk once had.
Maybe Rafael is the last man standing with a big grin on his face.
Acidance should not f@%k with the artists styles like this, the expression of the artists seem lost, just like the tracks are
niether full power niether dark definately psychedelics to sit and pull chus too!!!!

I've never heard their music before, so this was their first album to touch my ears, and frankly I found it to be very nice!! I thoroughly enjoyed this whole album Thanks guys!!!
Regardless whether a artist changes his style or not, if the album sounds great, then it is all worth while

The problem here is that the album uses the same set of sounds (i.e. bassdrum, hi-hats, bassline patterns) over and over again. It's as if number one is an original, and the other 8 tracks are remixes...

The worst CD yet from Digital Talk. I know it's their first CD and all, but all the tracks (except The Scruffy Connection) were total shit. Not at all in the original Droidsect/Digital Talk style. Looks like these guys got harrowed (maybe ran out of maal, or papers??) in the studio and just decided to release whatever tracks they had lying around. SUPER SHADY........ I want a refund!!!

this album contains those trance-music which s allready good for the night-sounds. it has very good effects by the base-breaks which even contains a pumping tribe stuff. anyway, we`ve waited long for this album, but not to long:-)) |

Well-produced, chock full of sounds and noises, so why don't I like this? I just don't think this album goes far enough... we want DARK not this middle of the road stuff. It ends up sounding like most other full-on where the bassline reigns supreme. If you like full-on this is a winner but if, like me, you sort of pick at the fringe and find the more distinct releases, this may disappoint. I gave it a good chance anyway...
