Just found this cd and got to listen to it.

"Absolutely wonderful new tunes fresh in from Israel.
These guys are the real deal, they are a live act that sound like they could have been perfecting this sound in the studio.

This is an organic symbiosis of virtuos musicians riding on juicy ambient grooves.

Ben-Canar: saz, oud, flamenco guitar, percussion, programming.
Dirk Kunesh: vocal, overtones, trumpet, calimba, jewsharp.
Shahar Kaufman: electric and acoustic guitars, programming.

Join these guys on the beautiful 'Blue Beryll' chill, you deserve it!

A great Cosmic Event production! Excellent sound!"

got this last week based on the sound samples and I must say its quite nice.

There are definitely some really classy world sounds here with solid jazzy, loungey vibes and just the right pinch of psychedelia sprinkled throughout. The overtone singing is very nice. A few tracks are floaty and very minimal at times, but it was very good for me.

I'm still visiting this release. It has a certain timeless quality and is definitely a classic in my book.

What I would love to hear is an effort landing somewhere between this one and 'observing phenomena". some danceable midtempo tribal-psy, trancy jazzy numbers... topped off with a little didj, trumpet, flute, and bowls droning in harmony.

definitely looking forward to more great releases here!           "The sparrow is sorry for the peacock for the burden of its tail" -Rabindranath Tagore
