Back from Samothraki.

Bassline isn't dominant enough, sounds aren't sharp - they need a lot of EQing. Very nice melodic work. The concept in the sounds is nice - oldschool but effective. The structure of the track is very linear - something that doesn't work well when going for a rich sound. Passages and all that aren't surprising or dramatic - and that's a shame. Percussion is simplistic, which fits the track well, but you DON'T HEAR IT.

I like the melodies in the track and the sounds, but the overall quality of sound and structure is pretty mediocre. A lot of place for improvement. Actually, so much place to make this better I'd just rebuild it from scratch, rework the sounds (EQ out unecessary frequencies and keep tweaking everything around). A lot of work left, but you're on a very interesting path.           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222
