You should add a more dramatic opening, the bell with lots of reverb sound is not in place. The bassline isn't dominant enough. The sound is still way too tangled in itself - EQ each channel seperately and seperate the sounds better. Some really good psy/goa elements, but they usually end up taking the background seat and that's a shame. The background leads are much better than the main ones. With some proper progression and proffesional soundwork this track could go much further. The percussion in the end is pretty damn impressive in content.
A tip - maybe just make a fatter bassline and keep the sound less full all the time (eg, rebuild the track in a clearer sound and some smart progression), it may just give this the powerful groove this track needs so much. Better than last version, but still has more place to go.
