Difference between general forum & s.a forum?

Guys,
was just wondering if I'm the only one who has noticed the huge difference between the general forum (which I consider mainly a european one) and the South Africa forum on Isra?
Something that I noticed is that on s.a people are much less sarcastic,they have more sense of humour,they rarely fight and very rarerly they insult or offend each other and 3rd persons.
Why is that?Is it because s.as know each other personally or because us Europeans and others are much more stressed,proud and arrogant?

yea those guys in s.a. section are having a good time-lots of laughing.who knows why..i have really enjoyed reading some of their topics!
