back than I was like forced by myself to learn only the circulation technique.Lots of ppl gave me tips and methods to learn but nothing helped.I tried each day bought a nice didge from a good source and had already some skills from own builds by friends, almost any tubes etc.
Than I gave up frustrated.
That was maybe a half year of practice the circulation technique.
Than some weekend night some friends of mine went with instruments into forest for music session. There were bongos ,saxophone and I took my didgeridoo. No words have been spoken till the dawn and I short after begining it simply worked the technique.
the longer you play it that way that more expanding your m ind gets - pure natural mystique.Colins post ist great
i also havent played for a long time now.           https://soundcloud.com/shivagarden

I wouldnt call it mystique.. It just needs some time for your brain to create necessary synapses.. Only thing u need to worry is not to give up..
Cause if u do and u dont work out that pathways wont be used and u will have to build it up again          http://www.facebook.com/xrayzproductions

I have a didgeridoo and i can say that this instrument is not made for being recorded...

Imho, it is for live playing only, i haven't heard any records that give an impression of how it sounds indeed.

There's the didgerimoog by Cosmodelia:

http://www.uv.es/~ruizcan/p_beta.htm

You'll have to scroll down.

Also, Xoxos (http://www.xoxos.net/) had one, but I can't seem to find it.

I have several didgs. They're fun to play, but yeah, hard to record with oomph.

its not a problem for lungs more healthy for them like enjoing the breath, more heavy for the nose or mind after some houres each circulation becomes a big deep kick.

nice links

I think a good room is a big factor of nice recording it shouldnt be a small room,in a better room (sorta rehearsal room with stripes not really high but large)I found out recording on constant reverb and delay is fun. Some years ago.
And I agree with Medea this instrument is not mainly for recording but its possible for sure as many examples of music have shown.          https://soundcloud.com/shivagarden

Circular breathing is really easy if you learn it with a straw first:

From didgeridoostore.com:

"Exercise 1: Fill your mouth with water and push a stream of water out using only your tongue and cheek muscles. Make sure not to use any pressure from the lungs to help. Stay relaxed and breathe in and out with your nose while making the stream. Keep trying until it feels very comfortable. This is a good exercise to do in the shower!
Exercise 2: Get a straw and a cup of water. Twist the end of the straw so that almost no air can come out. Push air through the straw and into the water creating bubbles. Breathe in and out with your nose while doing this as in exercise 1. Keep the pressure even and the flow of bubbles smooth.
Exercise 3: Slowly transition to just breathing in with your nose and keep the bubbles going nonstop. Master this until the muscle contractions you are using feel totally comfortable and the bubbles are flowing smoothly.
Exercise 4: You are now circular breathing. Keep your cup and straw right next to you. Try to play your didge and circular breathe (it is just a bigger straw). You will find this difficult so go right back to the straw and water to practice again. Then, try on the didge again. Keep going back and forth between the cup and water and the didge until you can successfully do it on your didge. Take a look at the diagrams on the next page for a visual explanation of circular breathing. "

I tried every day like I mention above.

I learned to circular breathe by blowing on my hand in front of my mouth rather than the straw and water; a straw is much much narrower than a didge so the airflow is totally different, and I think blowing on your hand is closer to how you breathe when you're playing a didge. It's also easy to feel when your airflow is smooth and consistent this way.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering
