Are you sure it's cosmosis? doesn't really sounds like him at all.

Hey, cool track! No idea what it is I'm afraid, but maybe this helps a little. The first sample (at 3:01) is:
"Sometimes the mind behaves as if it were a dream. Faces change. People become.."
- from the movie Vanilla Sky (2001)
In any case that rules out the possibility that the track is pre-2001 
The second sample (at 3:48) goes somewhat like "[..] through the blinds, so noone [..]".. it sounds a bit like Sean Connery's voice, but I could be totally wrong  |
