!!!! CHANGE OF VENUE !!!!
We have secured a new virgin outdoor venue at Angel Lake, located near Bay Springs MS.
This venue requires a membership fee that we previously have not had to cover with admission.
This fee gives all members the security, safety, and privileges that are associated with being a member of a private club. We sincerely apologize for the increase in admission, but we feel that this is the best solution to meet our needs as a host, and to provide our guests/members with a safe permanent location for all future Vortex events. Welcome Home !
Total Admission is $40
[ Membership cost is One Pre-1965 Silver Dollar. If you do not have one, a pre-1965 silver dollar can be purchased at the gate for $20 ( full details and information available on-site ) ]
[ Vortex admission is $20 to help cover the costs of operations ]
We will have Food and Drink Vending on site. The gates will open Friday and Close Monday, so feel free to campout, explore the land, and have a relaxing weekend on the lake. [ photos will be posted soon ]
All Dharmaharmony Cd's will be available on-site.
Directions and more information will be posted soon.

I'm sooooo excited for this! This land is beautiful, and the landowners are awesome, very interesting people. They love what the trance scene is all about, and they have some incredible plans of their own for the future. It's so nice to finally find like-minded venue owners! When you guys come down, if you get a chance, you should DEFINITELY strike up a conversation with these guys. "Welcome Home" is right!
By the way, with the silver dollar thing... They have a really interesting reason for this (won't explain here, but more details on-site). If you happen to have access to one that is PRE-1965, you don't HAVE to buy one at the site. You can bring your own, and then it's only 20 paper dollars + your silver dollar to get in

I was ready to pull what little hair I do have out before traveling to this venue.
But once I got there I realized that "WELCOME HOME" was the only statement that came to my mind.
Extremely high vibrations radiate from this one. Anyone that has the privilege of getting to speak with the owners will understand.
Cheers to all of you that are traveling to get here. We look forward to your arrival safely with great anticipation and no expectations for the future.
I do apologize for the extra cost. Our goal was to have entry extremely affordable, but this one has huge significance in our future purposes upon these plains of Mother Earth and cannot be avoided or ignored. |

Yes, as well as I! I've got about 3 interested people who GET IT but have never experienced this type of subculture before. I am hoping the ones who feel so called will join us.
I'm originally from TX and had been to a few gatherings there. I am excited to check out the MS vibes for the first time and to meet all of you! My husband may have to work that weekend, and if so looks forward to meeting and dancing another time!
