The pad sound is nice with a nice arpeg, and with huge LFO's and automation making it change over the track, but it's just the same pad sound with slight mutations over time.. Soon it makes you lose interest. Try making another 2 or 3 different pad sounds with the sames notes (the same midi clip goes for the 3 pads) and mix between them (with one or two "mix" knobs).. this way the origin sound changes into something different at critical points, regaining the listeners interest.
At 4:30 I'm already to tired of that pad and the midi arpeg, you got me bored. would you consider taking out the beat for a couple of bars, probably leaving just some long bass notes, changing the chord sequence (you should think about making chord sequences that evolve into other ones from when you start the track) and then the pad's midi notes to reflect the new chords? It's like, "I've been listening to these sounds, that have been driving me into this particular state, for a while now.. but where is it taking me? Is this it? Or is it going to turn into a magical waterfall, a mystical butterfly, a healing lava-lamp?" And while the listener is thinking this, if it goes nowhere the user is disappointed.. Try to surprise the listeners, and put as smile on our faces
