Think the dubai crowd shud talk less about their scene and let their scene talk for itself. Its like standing infront of the mirror and admiring urself. No offence but its been overcooked.

The whole discussion about the dubai scene is pathetic. I was born and spent most ov my life in the perian gulf n i've been following up on whats been happenin in the region for a while. I'd like to express my opinion on all ov this with the deepest respect to everyone participating in this discussion.
First of all, psyborgz post above..dude all i can say is that it had arrogance, insecurity and denial written all over that post. Why do you feel the need to compare the scene in your country with the scene elsewhere? If your scene is so great, carry on doin what you'll do, post reviews, talk about how great the gigs were, we'll join u'll in celebration and appreciate the fact that u'll were able to spread psy in a country like that. Why do u'll get online and brag about your scene like that indirectly dissin the scene in other places?
And if dubai has such a killer scene...wots up with this whole 'dubai tribe: putttin dubai on the psy map' thingy...if dubai'z the best psy destination doesnt that mean its already on the psy map?? Contradicting statements hmmmm.
Also ive noticed that wen u dubai people begin to get defensive (after sumone makes a sensible point) ull end up saying "fry man fry". What are you people implying? That just because the drug laws are not so severly implemented in india or elsewhere, all the people that party here are fried?? I know sum ov u people personally, and i'm shocked at the hypocracy you guys are showing. You people just long for your 1 month off once in a year to come to india and party and trip. Just because u'll do not have the choice ova there of weather to trip or not..which enables u'll to have a 'clean' scene..doesnt make u'll 'pure psy lovers'. Live and let live...dont judge us here.
Also i must add that the picture u'll dipict over here about the dubai scene doesnt exactly match the description given by sum ov my friends that party there. They say they are lucky to have a scene but it cannot compare to the real thing. You people must be suffering from denial, or a very strong inferiority complex. Ull talk about the dubai vibes soo much, and pass stupid remarks like 'ull wont understand the dubai tribe, ull have to be here to know'....have you guys heard ov brazil, portugal, sweden, australia, uk, morrocow and all these mad places? Dont u'll think u'll have to be there to understand the scene in these places too? Have all ov you xperienced the parties there to compare it to the dubai scene? If its just an opinion fine, not agreeng with your opinions is also any opinion so u'll gotta learn to respect that too.
Another funny think i noticed....you people that keep goin on and on about dubai..i've noticed its just a hand full ov u people..maybe 10-15. All ov u'll are friends from the same circle and u'll prolly have everyonez phone numbers. Dubaiz a tiny place...do u'll even require this platform to help ur scene or are u'll just using it to hav a sense ov belonging with the rest ov us so we dun single you out? Cuz if thats ur intension, u'll are doing exactly the opposite. Be a lil honest with yourselves, make the best of the little scene u'll have goin there...stop comin online after every party u'll have to try n make a point to the rest ov the world cuz there isnt any point to make in the first place...in your reviews describe the parties...dun describe the dubai scene n how its so great...the party reviews will speak for itself. Stop clowning around cuz the whole world knows the reality ov the scene out there including me, n all these endless pointless comments and comparisons about the dubai scene is jus gonna isolate u'll furthur and make u'll look like even bigger losers.
If u'll are soo good at 'spreadin good vibes' dun limit it to your dubai dance floors, ignore all these political boundaries and jus look at the scene as one big family, i'm sure that will help prevent comments like 'i know where ur from' in the future.
All the best to the dubai scene...u guys are doin a good job, just stay grounded thats all. You'll have our attention, appreciation be it the best scene or the stinkiest..dun worry too much bout it...this msg is loud, i hope its taken in the right sense.
p.s: KakoOlalaJwal, every country has its share of social, economic, political problems, you cannot justify your attitude towards that country just based on that. It doesnt make it any better. You do not isolate a place that has problems, you try and join in and help out. Peace all.

And then coming to the point of our fellow psy beings creating a ruckus about how dubai sucks..
Well, let me start of by saying that.. I was talking about evolving the PSY culture in the middle east and not dubai, in the beginning

All I started this thread was to jus collect a decent database of potential artists who could spin and spread psy in dubai… tht was it . and look whd it’s turned into ... this is not how rosy this thread was supposed... i think it blossomed on the wrong side!!

I think this should be the end of this discussion .. and like someone mentioned within this thread… let the scene speak for itself rather than we speaking about it!!!

i think the artists would tell all you people how much the loved purity of the people outhere..... and trust me.. i am not saying this to sell this place hard...
