Dear Friends,
We regret to inform you that Dave (Eg-bot) and I will be unable to perform at Desiderata Festival this year. This past Friday evening while at an event in Philly Dave fractured his elbow. He is currently in a lot of pain and will require surgery. As a result, we will need to cancel our appearance at the festival. Please send your healing vibes for a speedy recovery. Best wishes for a successful festival - we will be dancing with you in spirit.

I have a few questions to the organizers:
1) Heard rumors that there will no showers or running water anywhere on premises, i hope these are just rumors?
2) It looks like there will be a wedding and some kind of art event in Roxbury, NY about 4 miles away from where the festival will take place. Do you think it will have any kind of affect on the volume of the music at night or if the music will be stopped at all?
I know u guys have an awesome sound system and if fully utilized it can be a little loud for some neighbors:)
Don't get me wrong, this is post is not to create panic or complain:)...i'm going either way, just want to know how to prepare better for the wonderful fest:)!

@Allegra: It is true that due to the venue regulations we cannot offer showers as the venue does not allow for runoff water. Wet Wipes are a wonderful suggestion or even a portable shower
