I'm suspecting a misprint here, and I believe it's supposed to be 'Der Interpret - Wechselstrom'... which translates to 'The Interpreter - Alternating Current' (electrical term) ... and btw, storm is Sturm in German...

hi guys and gals !
well its "Wechselstrom" and canbe translated as AC/Dc ( changing voltage or something )
for the full translation just check the german section of this forum , dude mantik tried to translate it ...
