Music wise Ultra is the best, but i still like end of 80' too, most of their hits come on these
2 nolightatend: ha! i see this is a topic that we are agree! unbelieveble! quite my opinion! albums of 80's are include some realy outstanding hits. they are true masterpieces and will stay in the top of world music forever as pearls. but ultra is monolithic monster where every single track of it is build up to fit the whole album most perfect way!

I know i'll be bashed for it but i think that Dave Gahn should have Od'd after Song of faith and devotion. That was their best album. They could become a legend. Now they are just a filler. Too bad.

I am sooooooooo with you. Not on the OD thing  but defo on your love of this album. In fact Pavel, you got me listening to them again earlier this year, bless your soul!
SOFAD is brilliant. I Feel You and In Your Room are pure genius. I like Violator too and a few of their earlier singles. Haven't heard anything from their new album though. Might have to check it out, despite some of the criticisms.

Ultra is musically wise, POPish but not cheesy at all.
