listening on yamaha msp5 in not familiar environment - kick loses its atack in the mix, try to notch all the leads and pads with the same eq on a group in the mid region wher kick hits, usually around 2-4 kHz. 2-3 dB should be fine i think. need to listen. here at about 3:07 everythin is louder than kick and bass, especially clap, i think the balance might be fixed a bit. in general it is good, dude!

thanks for listening and commenting makus, thats just the sort of coment i need, unfortunatly i cant use my studio monitors at the moment and iv made the track purely with old TDK headphones and listening in my car stereo. so thanks again, i will work on the mix issues. cheers  |

nice prog with goa flavour. good one
technical comments:
the kick sounds weird, its not clean and somehow blured. attack is weird and the subs of the kik are also not defined. maybe try another sample that sounds clean from the start?
agree with makus the leads have too much meat here and there and need more eqing and taming
the snare is to bright on my system here, especially compared to the rest.
but given you mix on old headphones i am sure you could have done much better with proper listening environment because these points all are covered in dust in old headphones i guess.

Sounding good!.
I agree with klippel about the kick.
The base is nice tho!.
The synth 2.12 sounds abit harsh in my ears.
I think the note change at 2.37 sounds little bit strange.
Personally i wouldent take away the kick and base at 3.11, since their already has been a break a minute before, You could just alter the kick and base abit and still keep it going.
On the dancefloor its dangerous with breaks too often.
Nice at 4.10 .
Good track!, you should finish this one  would like to hear the full version.
