Delta1010 Breakout Box won't work...

I got back home after two weeks, and discovered my Delta1010 box won't work. It does recive power, but the small orange lamp doesn't show any indication that it's working. The worst way to lose a soundcard.
This week my father replaced the computer's power supply. I asked him if he disconnected all the power cables before he disconnected the Delta host cable from the Box. He said he doesn't remember.
Any way to verify this/fix the problem? |

nromally in this box soundcards , the main fuse usually is near the cable AC . if its not near it , or u can see it , its possible that the fuse is inside , now its your choice of opening the sound card , or put her fixing in the sotre , she might have warranty
