Yes, she was long forgotten and even uncredited for some of her work (Dr Who theme among others)... But she is one of the most important figures in history of electronic music.

Listen to this song, it was made in 1969... It sounds futuristic even today!

I don't really care that she's too old for me, or that I'm too young. Or that she's passed on. I love this woman.

Crediting White Noise as Delia's solo work is just ignorant and rude. I mean, what about Vorhaus? That guy is a genius. Also Delia Derbyshire and Brian Hodgson left the band after the first album and Vorhaus continued the project, making 4 more albums.           Free album out now:
