for simple delays i usually use the free Analogic delay or the Audio Damage Dubstation
and for stereo with different delays for each side and other tricks, like pitch shifting etc. the PSP84, the 608 is fantastic but a bit harder to use imo. also i like the timeless its a "huge" plugin too if you need all these modulations and be patient enough to program it
My choice would be PSP probably because i go where i want quicker, easier and has nice sound too
