I am looking for something that versatile but for cubase. Like simple, filter and pingpong delay... something that allows me to have free delay times and weird tempo synch, groove and L/R routings.

Also that won't give strange clicks when automating delay times.

Suggestions?

thx in advance

Mercury Waves bundle has some very versatile delays, as well as numerous other fantastic plugins.

its not exactly like the one in ableton live, but to mee seems particularly some more versatile. try Uhbik D...... its sound is just amazing, timeless also nice... but i tend to use uhbik d or ...... filterdelay from ableton =D

without a joke, get ableton, never found something like the graindelay...also had no look for it, im on ableton. =D

cheers

Thanks you guys... Timeless is great! will check the others too, thx.

Ableton is great, but i have my doubts about its render quality... don't want to start a DAW fight in here, but i like cubase for psy right now. On the other hand ableton tools are quite unique and verstaile... also chains can get pretty crazy there.

Thanks.

hello out there i would say the same firstable change the cubase for live ableton so in live ableton has the simple dalays and granular delays, ping pong delay!.. in standard
vst plugins effcts for audio!..so!! i would recomend the basic for delays in ableton live !

you could always rewire ableton into cubase and render the audio from cuebase... i know what you mean about ableton's rendering quality... i use logic and sometimes there are things about ableton i really like (they really do have nice delays, i was even thinking about posting something like this earlier) and i rewire ableton into logic and when i bounce the audio thats in ableton from logic, it tends to not have the issue that it has when its just ableton on its own... its a little time consuming but its well worth the effort...

ultrafunk delay

@tsabeat: yes bionic delay is a massive one, one of the best free ping pong delays for sure

otherwise also: audiodamage dr device; fabfilter

but it's true that the ones from ableton are very unique, haven't found anything that could really replace them

1+ with feedback machine there is no kind of delay that you cannot produce with it...its a massive one as soon as you got into it...
