Many hardware synths has a modulation delay, which can usually be tweaked to do this.

Another cool effect, is to change the delay-time when playing through the delay. It will pitch the delayed sound up, but of course also increase the tempo - great fun

Use a pitch shifting delay....
If you don't have a pitch shifting delay...but u do have a seperate pitchshift plug...insert a delay on a bus, followed by a pitchshifter...and route the desired sound to this bus....

Go & Expiriment....

i meant like psyx wrote: pre-send it on a bus ( no clue how to do it in cubase...), vol-fader of the selected instrument-channel at 0 db ( just record the dry signal ) n record it. -for shure u can apply the pitch directly on the bus if u do so, pitch-mix 100% ( tweak value over the send or bus amount ).
