I'm afraid this is not written in the best English ...hopefully someone from Deja Vu will be able to clarify...It seems they are looking for someone to be responsible for choosing the tracks for their next compilation. Its kind of unclear to me however, whether they are looking for you to come up with an idea and concept for the compilation *before* they choose someone to compile it...or if they are just looking for a list of your favorite artists, description of tastes in music, and history as a dj, and then they will pick someone based on that...I'm confused...

Irrespective of your status, a gender,
age and an accessory to any label - you can
become one of participants of this project.
The purpose of this project realization
of particularly opinions and tastes of DJs in music,
search and opening of new murderers and stars.
If to you it have offered your taste somehow means
coincides with a format of our label.
The offer consists in the following: you should collect compilation with very good and actual music for today, think up the name whenever possible to develop design, DejaVu Records pays all tracks to musicians with your future compiliation (V/A)
Further this compilation will be realized on DejaVu
Records under yours DJ a name. For that what to enter association of DJs DejaVu Team to you it would be necessary to send the letter from the resume
in which you you should specify all your favourite

But what does it mean, that one has to compile a CD with real tracks that eventually will get released? Or just make up a compilation with artists one would like to take part in ones compilation?
For sure interesting, but an explanation would be necesary for me to put energy into this.
