The new Pitch Hikers album has some great atmospheres... but its dancefloor oriented.
Just off the top of my head ...

Aphid Moon & Lukay - Dark Star (!!!)
GMO - Feedback
Hikimori - Black Ops
I dont know if this is what you're looking for but I'm pretty sure you'll like 'em anyway.

Hehehehehe i think you won't find anything right now so deep and expressive as the music you are mentioning like Cosma example. Today it's more about quality and feeling is lost i think. Anyway if you find an artist like this please write it down here in Isra so i can also buy this cd because i crave that music very much. I sort of can't find anything really different and interesting in Pstrance right now.
