Deep Impact! Altom, Alternative Control, Suria e Spectra

Hey all u crazy dancers!!
I was a victim from the Deep Impact....
The party was held near Torres Novas, in a nice place, full of hills and flowers. Good choice!
Attendance: Around 1000 People
The party started around 00:00, with a portuguese dj, that delivered us a night twisted set. I fell asleep around 2:30 and i woke up at 5:00. Suria was already playing his live set. Started of quite hard, but as the sun was coming up his music started to smooth and finished up with some morning stormers. Power and versatility. Way to go Fred!!
After Suria, ALtom came up, and the madness continued, powerfull, melodic trance made the crowd move their feet, everybody was happy. Mental Collapse (PT) was the next one on the decks and he was also good, with some delirious tracks to keep up the pace.
Then Alternative Control started their live set. It was the first time I heard them and i really liked it. U guys made another fan! eheheheh... Keep it up!
After their live was, imho, the best part of the party. A beautifull back 2 back between ALtom and Alternative Control, four guys on stage trying to see who made us dance more. Total madness.  I have to congratulate u all for the positive vibe that u transmitted to the party when u were playing with our minds...Really good interactivity. I have to say another thing. I was really happy to see that these guys stayed the whole party there, before and after their work. It´s not that common.
Ganje came up to deliver us a good set, and to prepare us for the last live. Spectra.
These two Portuguese producers gave us quite a show, with some good full on. It was the first time I ever heard them, and i have to say that they were really good on stage, making a very solid Live. Thumbs Up and keep the good work. U guys have a future for sure.
Maze closed up the party with a good Set.
Great Party in the end...
Really nice soundsystem (Norton) with lots of power and definition.
The tent and The deco were very nice.
Congratulations to Union Productions, ODD Records and Looney Toons For this wonderfull Gathering... Good Luck for your next events.
P.S U guys just forgot the bathrooms...

We are really happy to play again in portugal ,the same place like last time ,but i must admit ,sound was better ,ppl were much much better ,more enjoying in the music , and all the rest was really good for us ,we are happy u liked our back 2 backwith Altom , we had fun with A&T ,this time really were no mistakes in our live....in the end i can say only one thing ,hardly wait to come back to Portugal ( its UP DOWN festival ) see ya there guys ,thnx for killer vibes !!! |

Hey ratsko u always finish your set with mtv?the same place the same end... ehehehe!! I noticed u made a lot of new songs in Brasil (go go Toca!!) In your dj set i saw u love shanti.....  me to!!!
But i have to say that altom live i liked more, but this is my humble opinion, it depends on taste! the quality of production is more or less at the same level.
But overall it was a killer party, i hope Union and Odd make more parties like this one cause i see a bright future for them!!

hum my review.. i get on the party at 00..the deco on chill was just amazing. then mr suria for a change get late.. so me and rush had to play earlyer.. was nice to see the dancefloor getting full.. them suria show up but with probs on the pc..and i was to tired and went to sleep..
altom has some nice tracks...madox and jimmy done a nice set.. alternative i lost the live..but saw the back to back.. was realy good.. them ganje and dunya enters.. and i had to leave in the mean time.. was a very good party. see you in the next one

hello great party we have last saturday altom and alternative know how rocks the dance floor hehehe also nice decor and great ambient on party congratulations to Union Productions & Odd Records and rastko & Toca thx for the start the live with track from mahogany records see u soon friends at updown festival

hi guys, thanks for the comments about the party! we want to give a special thanks to everybody that help us,ODD Records,Looney Toons,Updown crew and all the people who was there and worked with us.Also big thanks to all the artists,djs and dancers!
Martini : thanks for the nice review, (the bathrooms were on the left side of the tent)

Yes I am sorry about the PS, but i didn´t knew that the bathrooms were there. I asked some people and no one could tell me were it was..
Only yesterday i knew that they were actually there.
No harm done...
