Hi all,

the last couple of weeks I have been experimenting a little bit to get away from the trance sound aesthetic and made one deep house track and one (dub) techno track. I know this is probably the wrong forum to ask for feedback for these genres, but this is the only forum I am a member of and you all have ears!

So this is the deep house track, it still has a bit of a trancey feel, and I think the storytelling can be improved in the second part. I kinda like it, but something seems to be off, and i cant really put my finger on it.

And this is the techno track, but not the modern type of UMEK techno, but a little more old-school, and it is inspired a bit by the rumbling, lo-fi sound of dub techno. I am actually really happy with this one, but I don`t know if the mixing is right for techno, particularly the percussion, is it too loud?

Anyways, any feedback appreciated, except if you say nothing much happens in the techno track,I know that, it is supposed to be that way!!!

i like the first 1, kind of minimalistic but got some nice flowz, maybe just some tight percussion work wil make the track flow more, and also some more well placed sounds here and there will smooth it out nicely, othwise nice 1.
2nd 1, the kick is little too dull,, and the voice sample u used over and over seems unclear and rough, maybe some fx on it, with little delay after every 2-4 times would make it more interesting, and the track is also empty, u should fill it more with just 1-2 melodic sounds with delays on them, to make it thicker, the second half, with the claps is dull, maybe some more percussive elemtnts with the claps would work it nicely, otherwise some nice minmalistic sounds man, keep at it
