Hi Rework,
The whole track sounds a bit muffled. There is not enough high. And too much bass.
The snare doesnt really work well I think. Maybe shorten it a bit to give it some more punch. And take away the 'ghost' note delay.
Try to ' lead in' new parts by changing the drumpattern a little bit before the new part comes in or by adding an effect keep the dancer on track.
Leads are doing well 
Might seem like there are alot of things wrong. But that only helps you to improve.
What usually works well is to take a track from an artist you really like and rebuild that track. You ll learn alot!
