Dealing with Static

My monitors work good without my PC power cord connected, but once i plug into the machine i get the ugliest static ever,which forces me to work on a battery powered computer. How can I overcome this?

1) use different electricity socket for pc and monitors.
2) put pc in a distance from the amp.
3) check out that all the grounds are connected properly(GND, ground, earth).

might be bad conectors also.....
and the connection output on the PC. |
