deactivate "Automatic Tempo Set in imported Audio Files" ? in SX

hey you know, when you load an audio track ...
and cubase sets the tempo of it...automatically stretch the audio file and shows a small icon in the lower right corner of the wav file ?!
where can i turn that off...i'm searching around all over the place with no luck..

forget how to turn it off - how do you turn it on ?
and how does it know what speed/bpm the imported sample is at ? without knowing that it's not going to be able to "set its tempo"

It´s the "Musical Mode" option.
If u want to "turn it off", open the sample editor. At top right, u will see a icon called "musical mode". Be sure it´s not lit to turn this function off.
