DAY/ NIGHT MUSIC IN BRAZILIAN'S PARTY

Hi everyone....... 
After some years listening to trance music
and going to many parties/raves ....I have to
tell that one thing makes me curious and, to
be honest, sometimes pisses me off in the music
the djs are playing . There is no sence in
some djs that play morning music in the
night time... . Its not an offense to anyone
and im not saying that everybody do that.
But it happens and it happens almost in every parties here. I would like to Know why
this happens??? ( Maybe becouse the money, maybe because the public...whatever ..i
wanna Know your opinion!!)
PS : THis is not an offense against
anybody ..its just a point i notice often in
parties here. Maybe if people think about that
it could be a giant step in Brazil's psytrance
Scene and , in my opinion , it would be great
for us as trance lovers.The right genre or the
right style played at the right time.For example: Many people play GMS, ASTRIX and
others at night. Come on....what do they
want ???? Show their latest unreleased news
to everybody?? If yes ..They could wait till
the morning comes and than play
it..hehehehe ; and dont be ANXIOUS and
screw the whole IDEA oF the real
underground trance SCENE.
That's my opinion as a part of the trance public. 10x for the attention and think about it.

hehehe i think u right dude even that im not from brasil its seems to be that ppl there dont like dark music...i dont think good dj should play astrix in 3 of night here in israel every style of music hv time night played in night and morning played in morning

Yes goswami,i agree 100% with u .Night was made for more heavy and dark music..and morning for more melodic and fluffy tracks.But there´s something u hav to notice.Here in belo horizonte there are some " pseudo dj´s",that dont even know the diference between morning and night music,so they play astrix ,melicia and other morning stuff anytime of the day or of the night,it is nasty (in my opinion).I think ppl should try to know each style better,to be played at the right time.It is just my point of view guys,i am no owner of the truth...is just what i think would be more correct,to folow the lines,the night lines and the morning lines..

I have to agree with you on this one Doc......
And i would like to add that the problem goes further than that..........it´s not only djs playing morning music during night time......
It seems like a lot of the party organizers don´t realy care for the line-ups.......as long as they got good names there, sometimes not even that................
A line-up well thought and organized can realy create a better atmosphere in a party........
so, for those who are reading this and making parties..................
Don´t take it the wrong way.........It´s for the best.............

in my opinion u dont need to play night music in night time if the crowd doesnt like it!
just play what the crows wants!as long as u dance...its good wnough and no need to complain

In my opinion the DJ can play whatever he wants to, as long as it's a consise and well mixed set.
But I prefer much more melodic stuff in the morning and dark stuff in the night...

So what can i say..?! the dj /producer,should let the music control him and all the people ,not the opposite...so if the music is being played at night ...dance with the night..if during the day....dance with the day....enoizes anyway docs<time=art> |

well doc...nice topic in first place. I think a good Dj plays whatever he wants to play in any time.heheh..but i do think progressive trance is more for the night time and full-on for the morning.it depends of many factors whats right or wrong for the night time. peace and light it up!! |
