DAW can't find vst

i need help with both fl and cubase cause i can't find KORG on legacy on both.
the installation wizard of th Korg is not letting me to install it to a specific folder.
so my main question how do i add more search folders for fl and how do i make vst 1 extrasearh folder in cubase?

for fl ... options > file settings > VST Plugins extra search folder
or maybe if its a fresh install you installed in the wrong folder/drive maybe ?
