I posted this on another psy site, but there is no review here - so i'm posting it again...

"Everything will be all right...you are in my hands...I am here to protect you...you have no-where to go..." Bebop (aka Droidlock) gets this show on the road - Minimal, rich and psychedelic; so the album continues thru this path, exploring many different styles (trip-hop, house, tribal) but still staying true to psychedelic tastes. Many weird filters, samples, sounds, phat beats and crisp production techniques shine thru on this CD. Only 2 trax from this comp had been released b4 : the Paps & Tripiatrik trax - but 1st time for these to be available on CD. I am a big fan of this sound and have enjoyed most releases from the Yumade/Paps/SAAB/Droidlock crew - it's good to see they are constantly evolving and are still able to create such wicked sounscapes. My favourite compilation for the year --every track complementing the next - not just a random bunch of songs--a real spin-out The Databass crew are pioneers and educators in space & sound, and are showing their mastery on how to combine the two. 9/10

very groovy release from Databass Music .
imo most of it dancefloor stuff.. not something i could listen to at home !!
as u said the copmlication is going through lots of styles . lots of psychedelica and minimalistic trance , even some house touches .

my favorit is track 6 - Kent And Tone : Melon Ghost . imo its sorta house music but not the cluby kind of house more harder and minimalistic with no psychedelica at all.. :) pure madness ! maaan ! that kicking bassline...
also track 7 Dardan : Highland Strings , which is much more into the psychedelica stuff !!! ;) defently kickin track.. i just wana shake my ass..

in conclution.. not a complication i would run and buy considering so many albums are out now days.. still very good tracks and production 710 .

Yes it is dancefloor music - but I also listen to this at home on headphones........very wicked sounds.  At the New Years' party I was at, Magus and Maru played many trax from this album and it really rocked the place - Check this release out - very underrated...very psychedelic...

This is a delight.  I agree with 'm', this is under-rated.  Strange structures and diverse music, very intelligent, twisted and worth getting NOW

Harsh sounds, not for the gentle spirited.

not my cup of tea, but if you like frying your brain at a party, this stuff will do nicely.
