Darkspyde sells more stolen artwork

just noticed my artwork has also been stolen and is now being sold by Darkpsyde.
don't know why the other topic on this was locked- if we don't have a voice to speak
out against these guys then we have nothing.

Susan, as I explained to Daya in the previous thread, I haven't personally stolen anything from anyone, simply bought some backdrops online to sell on and help cover the running costs of my site. (Rik - to address you comment in the previous thread, I wasn't meaning that all the money was necessary to cover running costs, obviously I hoped to make a little money too but the initial venture was entered into with a view to first and foremost cover costs.)
Anyway Susan, I am very sorry to you also that someone has stolen your design and even more sorry that I was selling it but please understand that this was an innocent mistake on my part - if I buy something from an online company as I did, I assume that what I am buying is legitimate. By the same token now that I realise I can no longer offer legitimacy nor a guarantee that any of the designs I was offering for sale are not 'stolen' I have humbly withdrawn all items from sale.
I would like to offer a public apology from myself and my site to any artists whose designs I was selling without permission. Please understand however that it was a genuine mistake on my part and that I did not commission these paintings myself, simply bought them from a website to sell on.
Once again, my apologies to anyone involved, lesson learned on my part.

Should I be grateful that you're not blaming me? Why would I know anything about your backdrop? I'm a getting a little tired of people accusing me of stealing or trying to link me with actual stolen property!
No, I have never seen your design before.

fuck them dude.. they are little girls.. i have had drapes stolen in person.. should i clamp down on camden if i see prints???? i just want the money... dont we all.
bro... they have nothing better to moan at.. and personally they aint de vinci so just take them down and let them cry... if they used their brains, i would say there is a business plan open to discuss!!!

Its gone muppet.. get it.. gone.. if you see a print then chase it... but like me in london.. the psy is still small and we get alot of people from dif music genres!! so... stop cryiing and make it again.. i have!!

Cortex: Calling people moaners because they talk about discovering that their backdrops are being reproduced without their concent is hardly mature.
Please read your writings here and be a little more considerate in the future.
As for technicalities, selling copied products (knowingly or not) is still a crime... nothing you can say about that.
Considering all, specifically that the reproductions are of such low quality (and slightly overpriced when i last checked them online), I wouldn't worry to much Susan. The webpage selling the backdrops is offline these days too.
It's like someone is selling a 64Kbit mp3 version of tracks...
