If i'm not mistaking. Didnt you just LOVE the E-Jekt album which is in a sense "dark" in a full-on way? Come on Pavelbavel. Like Psykovsky goddamn it! Like him, adore him, praise him .. You need to like Psykovsky! He IS the most innovating and brilliant "dark" artist out there. - imo of course  .
Taste is like the azz, it's split in half, and it stinks.

And Detox i know nothing about him. But i definitely dont like the image he portrays on the forum. Maybe he has his reasons. Trancedental if you need drugs for the music to sound even better then either the music is not good enough in the first place or you find psychedelic trance too complicated and the drugs JUST GIVE YOU THE FEELING that music sounds better.Ofcourse there can also be a combination of both situations which is the worst case scenario in my humble opinion.Personally i believe that good music is the music that you can appreciate when you are tottally sober with no drugs,alcohol or any other substances.
By the way maybe i wouldnt make fun of that Indian guy if he didnt call me a thousand names before.Action brings reaction dont you think?But ofcourse noone blamed that guy for calling me a cocksucker and an asshole,its easier to call me a racist (even in a non direct way) since you disaggree with my positions and opinion in this topic

you spoke about first opsis album!funny guy you are-inform yourself a bit and ask opsis by himself what happened arround his first album-he knowes the truth,very well,and as you like to say,he knowes it from first hand dude,but he got it black on white!
and you will never find andrea or marco here on this place-as they have to work serious-they dont have the time for this stupid shit

Sorry to inform you but i happen to know Opsis in personal and trust me he knows very well what happened with his debut album,also Acidance knows what happened with their releases and money,Pagoda knows what happened with their releases and money,Starsound knows the same and ofcourse ZMA knows the same.
Yes i know that i wont find Marco and Andrea in any forum at all,not because they are busy though,if they trully were busy they would sell much more than they do,but since you seem to know them much better than me just go ahead and ask them about my story and come and tell us what they said,they got couple of spare minutes dont they?
As about documents ofcourse i dont have any,you see the bank gives you a receipt once the other side sends you any money,when the other side (in our case Wirikuta Distribution) doesnt send you any money at all then they got no document to give you.
Thanks for one thing though,from today and on i will make a special folder keeping all of my emails,maybe in the future in something like 4-5 years from now i will need to show them to some people,too bad i didnt kept these records at that time when i was part of Starsound,it would be nice to show them to some people today...

its not dark ...its always been psychedelic ..its just a few ppl who name it & blame it as dark music ..to get out new genres and all of that ends up in changin the name of genres to make it more appealing to a particular kind of audience

Yes, E-jekt is a bit dark, but is has nothing to do with this "screams and creepy noises over full on bassline" genre that we are duscussing here.

I am a simple person and i definitely wont try to hide the fact that it was the drugs which attracted me to the music. Hold on to your sticks and stones for i am not a purist, I liked the D's before i started liking the music.
Though it was a different thing once i started to understand the music better. But i wont be hypocritical and state that i got (Please note "got" not staying) into the scene just for the love of music.
I however do agree on your last statement. You can definitely enjoy music when you're sober. Hell the strongest drug i have had in the past 7 months is Alcohol and i havent seen any signs of my psychedelic lifestyle changing.
But i am still absolutely in love with Dark Music. My track of the day

The drug discussion started long before I entered the thread.

I always wonder what motivates a person to repeat this arbitrary statement everywhere dark psy is mentioned. (Perhaps these people are taking their taste in music as being objectively founded?)
The quality of the tracks are mostly amateurish, and the music may not be the most refined at times, but there's good, innovative and psychedelic music to be found in that genre if you shift through the muck for a bit.
I don't listen to much in that genre, and not very often, but sometimes only a good listening session of sense overloading dark psy does the trick for me.
If dark oriented music is good or not? That people should stop beeign blind and open up their eyes/ears .. Because there IS good dark psy. Yeah, you, you who sais that it's just plings and plongs on a rolling 4/4 beat? Taste is taste, but try to open up your more objective point of view?
Answer: Both good and bad. Like everything else. Including me. |
