176 .. ?
What you trying to hide And what you trying to get ?
First of all (Seems in your case its realy important - Just work slow , You will hear much better what you do ..) . You say its DarkPsy .. ? I dont think .. Maybe NoisePsy , Theres one annoying sound who's running on 80% of the track , Why , Try open more machines . Listen the bass (For example) In many places in 45% of your track he is disappear in the background when he should be in the front with his friend mister kik .

I know a lot of people who love this BPM and even higher (not psy, but if interested in sweet agony try this http://www.myspace.com/dmtinferno )
There are many people on this forum defending slow bpm's, and they have many good points defending this (i can't find the post now in the Production & Music Making section..), but I say don't follow the crowd and do you're own thing! If you like the fast bpm, then keep it faster
This track is curious, but there is problems with the levels. In fast music it is harder to keep control of the sounds and elements, and hard to manipulate and mix together. You wan't a lot of stuff happening but you must control them, or else its a but spaghetti mess. That's kinda of what this track sounds like, everything is competing and fighting to find it's place instead of it flowing together.
Define you're master element (kick and bass) at a certain volume (-6 db will work for a start) and lower everything else to -inf.
Then start raising each element until it sounds good, without making them louder then your kick+bass. At this point you should do some panning to your elements and minor HP and LP filtering (you should not have frequencies overlapping, as in two instruments playing at the same frequency range at the same time) but if you use 2 speakers, one can occupy a frequency range on one speaker and a different sound use the same frequency speaker on another side).
Remember the channel volume should be lower then the beat and at a static maximum, you can use effects to make fade ins and outs or do some minor volume tweaks during the time lapse. All the other settings I mentioned (pan, filtering and whatever else you like) can and should be automated during the track, as in at one time lead1 can he in the lowmids on the left and lead2 on the high mids on the right, and later they switch to lead 1 center pan with all the mids and lead 2 swirling left and right on the highs and low mids.
Again, here in Portugal there's a bunch of speed maniacs who love these tempos, and my complete impression of Russian psy is based on even higher tempos!
You can also play melodies an rhythms at 176/2=88 bpm or make the whole track at 88 bpm and play with 32th notes

hello knocz, thank you very much for your advices!
earlier i started making a track witch originaly should be 160-165bpm. now i , so to say, "remixed" it, witch basically means i did a few things you metioned (i'll try everything later)...and, as i mentioned i like it fast, speeded it up to 190bpm (@diskonekt: i hope you're happy now:) )
so here is what i've got till now:

Nice It sound very bright, very clear. I personally like it between 140 and 160, but this sounds superb Super Banana Sauce http://www.soundcloud.com/knocz
Good psycho tune you've got started. The new version soounds much cleaner. This kinda reminds me of Psychovsky. Keep it up.

thank you knocz and the_contraption...i'm currently working on the track, now it's 3min, when it's completly done i'll post it:) (it's not a new version, it's a new track^^)
Psykovsky blew my little mind in october 2010 with a 5h liveset, since then i'm full into darkpsy and trying to produce my own. It was more likely a shamanic ritual than a party:)

Really cool! I usually don't like high bpm (160+) but this was nicely done. Only thing I would fix is the bass but again that's just my taste. I think that when you bring the bpm this high you lose a lot of power in the kick / bass but there are other ways of getting that extra punch in your track.
One thing I think it's missing is a good structure and story. I can't recall any memorable moment in this track apart from the voice break @ 4:30.
Keep it rockin!

Yeah this last track sounds great, btw i would change the rythm of the bass more often imo.
And are you in a kbbb style with the bass notes hand to hand or is it just a kick and a bass thats sounds round like said faxinadu ?
