Hallo out there!
I have used the search function, but couldt not find a similar topic, so...
Does anyone have some suggesting how to creat the noise sound many darkpsy and fullon artist use?

Post a 5-10 second mp3 example clip to yousendit.com or something, otherwise no one will know what you are talking about and you will get a bunch of vague talk describing saw waves and LFOs but not the answer you seek.
Actually, regardless of what you post, you are going to get a lot of "just play with the knobs in Albino" and "don't copy the artists, be original and make your own sounds" answers, but an example may increase the chances of useful information. http://soundcloud.com/aeon604

A good way to learn the difference between something like a saw and sine filter is to use ReFX Vanguard to start..
You'll get a lot of good dark stuff from it too, and probably end up sounding exactly like Mubali  |

try one saw with pitch modulation, higpass filter and maybe some distortion or overdrive.
