anything pondscum, also ghreg on earth (older stuff much in the 142-146 range)...parasense, older terminator stuff...theres more but thats just of the top of my head

There are so many in that style and it is my fav style in terms of psychedelia, trippy and twisted symphony to name a few good artists that can control the sound and make it sound dark i.e. with a night time feel:
Deeper in Zen
Dark Soho
Catatonic Despair
KoxBox
The Grobians
Krumelur
Hallucinogen (Some of their stuff)
