Hey Energy Loop,
Dark Psy? You mean like GOW, Parvaati, Apoxina stuff? Is that Dark Psy? Anyways, in Tokyo the Psylab13 Crew do some nice "dark psy" parties.
I went to the Parvaati label party earlier this year with Jahbo, Kindzadza, Mussy Moody and it was nice. I missed the outdoor Disco Valley Party but heard that was great too.
I think the electronic music scene in Japan is very healthy and you can find anything you want here.
