i think it has alot to do with the sound, the timbre...
but of course certain intervals has different feelings to them...

What about diminished, augmented and suspended chords... i'd like to know psytrance related uses... i know it is just about music theory and i will experiment but come on, any prefered chord moves?

to be honest in spytrance i seldom use chords...
I work in Scales instead... lets say you work in A then you know that the a minor chord is A C E or for major A #C E

for major A scale = A - B - C# - D - E - F# - G# - A
For (natural) minor A scale = A - B - C - D - E - F - G - A

I dont have the Chord mindset as im not so skilled in music theory or generic songwriting...

if you want to learn more about certain progressions i can recommend
