There was an old compilation by Dragonfly, containing a collection of the first 3 Order Odonata compilations, mixed by Danny Rampling... I forgot the track list other than Hallucinogen - LSD (Live), Phreaky - Paranormal Activity and MWNN - Jack in the Box....

What's the compilation's name/tracklisting?

there used to be days when Danny Rampling and Paul Oakenfold were goatrance DJs, but once you turn to the dark side, forever it shall dominate your destiny :)

IMO, those are the best albums Dragonfly ever had (well, it took them a while to recover after those left to persue the dark arts :))

mmmm, dunno, Order Odonata II&III are my alltime Dragonfly favorites, but it's nostalgia and unavailable for objective assesment :-)

oakenfold i knew about of course...
after all there was the perfecto fluoro label which seems to have disappeared now, all i remember from it was one compilation which actually got commercially very popular over here,

didnt know that rampling played goa or psytrance though

now i go in to HMv and see cheesey mainstream house compiilations with his face plastered all over them (this was yesterday actually) where half the records on them have been in the charts and could have been compiled vby any DJ cos everyone knows all the trax....

but there you go.

i dunno which is the best dragonfly compilation, there have beeen plenty of good ones

Man the Oakie dragonfly was the First trance CD that I bought, and the Genetic track from there just brings up such old memories of the California Sunshines in the Hari Rama GH in Delhi.
man dont make me go all nostalgic on you now.

The compilation is imaginatively called 'A Voyage Into Trance' Had it years ago but someone nicked it when I was doing a set at a university venue. Twats. But yeah, some great music sure to bring on a few flashbacks!!
