Hey all, i was thinking what you all think about "dancing with kadafi" from infected.
Cauz' it's a rather strange track but it kicks ass(imo). It's also the strangest and the last track on the CD.
It's has ambient parts in it and IM don't usually have any ambient in their tracks, you think it has to do with their work with simon?
Maybe this is the track that defines their next album?? It is definitely the best track on the CD.

I thought DWK was one of the most innovative things IM did for quite some time. it has a certain finnesse, one that u cant find in tracks such as Psycho (All out maddness), or classical mushroom (what i like to call - Mathematical music). but your right about the sound part - they should innovate on that ground and make some new sound. the only problem is, that their present sound is so familierized with them, that they can't do anything without it - it's their trademark - boring or not. |

Well i have to be the black sheep of the forum again ;) and say i don't like dancing with kadafi at all.. i can't see nothing special about this track, what i see in it is "left overs" from other tracks that got connected together to a track that has no feel in it, no connection between its parts... and i don't see any special innovation in it... well, that's only my opinion.. :) |

Dancing with Kadafi is some sort of ambient yet it's CHEESY like all IM's trax .
Even Psycho is cheesy although it's their only track which is really appreciated by me (and by many other ppl in here as I've noticed).
By what I've heard Izen is working on his stuff , Duvdev is working with others and together they're working on their incoming Cd.
Good Luck to them ... but there's not a chance of hearing minimalistic stuff by them.
