yea @Mad Eclipse ,keep ur health always fresh in form dancing home for a few minutes daily alone.
Sometimes I feel my body too much calm tired and lazy to do any move or action,so I start to play trance and listening seated on the floor meditating with the music and concetrated to my heart and the sounds...feel my body slowly bit by bit energised...after a while in the next track get up and start to move..and after a while the move becames dance,and the dance is waking up my microcosmic system,so then be ready to get out of the room for a walk,and run on the road free and psy...

some times i dance @ the toilet.
its a moderated dancing cause i guess it could get very messy.

it's da best workout n yup one can always practise da moves  it's da best thing to do in da nites just bfor one crashes

I never dance . Who tell you those things ? Seems you are a very energy person
You know its like the story of an happy man that go into a canyon (In a big shopping center) , He can walk there 2-3-4 hours or even for all the day , And he will see and meet only the happy peoples cause this is him , His character , His nature , His Life , The way & the wave that he riding on and know , He will never see the sad ones in the corners and even if he will be face to face to . Same with the sads .. They will live in a sad world and cant have this connect with the happy ones .
Never say never .. Never say offcourse , Nothing is not so absolute and assuredly at the way you point and paint our world .
There is an dancing peoples and at the same time undancing ones . Some need the human body for and some dancing with they minds , Some dancing with they finger on the bar in a pub and some just do it with they heads .
Never be so sure in somthing that you cant be sure .. !
I never dance . Try surprise me in a party and catch me dancing , Dont think that you will have/find this chance & opportunity .
All is about the person , Some dance some dont .
I dont dance even on/to my own music .
Keeping my enrgys and batterys for other important things , I took and go on the 'quiet dance' (There .. Inside of me) Belive me .. When its there .. This is the most excited stormy dance , The body is just an body but what about the mind & soul ?
Think about .. !
