i heard about this 2nd album back in 2006 but still nothing...

Cyber Cartel / Intergalactic - is Vic Shefi.
The debut album from Cyber Cartel was released in November 2002.
Mean while he took a part in the Opium of the masses project "The lost planet". Opium of the masses are Space Buddha VS Cyber Cartel. (Album released in May 2007).
The 2nd Cyber Cartel “Who needs to Sleep Anyway” album will be released in no time.
