well sure. my room is untreated and i DO notice that when i move my head around some freq resonate.
but this is different because i have saturation on my bass i detect some annoying harmonic even on the headphones.

if it make problems you have to fix with a eq don t use that saturation, problem fixed  |

Buy headphones with a really long cable so that you can listen outside of your room, cause you know...it could be your room...
