good intro, great production quality!
nice groove! @ 2:22 the melody seems to be an half-note above the bass tone, would work better IMO one half-tone down
@ 4:00 the break cuts the growing flow, maybe wait a little more before going to the break... after that, things get rolling again, good sounds and beats... melody @ 5:40 is excelent 
very good work for a first track, good luck!
