realy , it doesnt say anything , its all bullshit.
some of the best musics in the world recorded on 8 tracks , to a Cassette..
which flanger is the best ? the one made manualy on 2 tapes

logic 5 is very good solution nowadays cuz it was made for the PCs for year 2000. p3-p4 maximum with 1Ghz... and maximum of 256 ram. today we have 3ghz pcs with default ram of 1gb but the same logic. so.. we have much more power but the same flexibility. sure logics interface is pain in the ass, but logic has so many functions.. o my god. But in the end its just a sequencer. I use it because of the power of its internal synths, an as thay are native thay realy use less cpu than any other vst.
But when u install Logic u must know that your WAVES bundle will be great pain in the ass to tune, also forget about this platinum version, etc.. the only Waves bundle that works with logic is v.4 and this just when u dld some special patches, and u have to make some manual tricks so that this shit start to work. also sometimes logic 5 4 PC have problems with the interface of some new vsts... sometimes with reaktor, sometimes with KorgLegacyAudio bundle...
but i still prefer logic for its incredible low cpu consuming behaviour.
a read in page this: If u choose CUBASE its like going and buyng the best Armany suite if u choose LOGIC is like going to the best taylor in the world and he makes a suite Exclusively for ya.. so its your choise

Like asking whats better , The russian new Mig or the american F-16 .
Logic , Cubase , Protools . I think whats better for the pilot its the best 1 .
Usualy work on Cubase and Nuendo .
All is metter of the user convenience , daptation and requirement .
As i know most of the big records studios using protools and cubase . |
