logic on a powerbook g4 1.67 with 2 gigs of ram was a disaster
The performance was really poor
If i had a dual core g5 of a new powermac i would love to use logic, but lower than that i think it kinda sucks
The use of the automation in logic is amazing
But i feel the sound is not so clear as cubase, especially in the high section
could be just me offcourse;)
Anyway, i tried em both extensively and i came to the conclusion that cubase just works better for me
Its just a matter of how you like to work, so test em en check it out 
The things i DO mis in cubase is the fx of logic
the reverbs and delays are just great
But also the internal synth are really powerfull!
