Cubase sx3 and 4 on same computer

I want to start using cubase 4, but I don't want to uninstall sx3 as I don't want to risk having my sx3 cpr files not opening properly on 4 and loosing work.

Just wondering if its possible to run both on the same system and if anyone does it?

I'm using xp on a dell laptop as well.

Have you checked the Cubase manual? I think it should work fine as long as you install them into different folders.
