Hello freakz...
i've found some problems in Cubase..and i don't know if it's somthing that i'm doin' wrong...
first..
i've a Athlon XP 2400+, 512 DDR, Cubase SX 2..and have you ever notice.. VB-1 working..bad.. like... when you have a Kontakt Drum Set.. simple, Kick, Snare, Clap, Closed HiHat, and a 909 Open HiHat...
with VB-1, somethimes.. i ear some 'crer' in VB-1 Sound..like if the computer was too slow to proccess the MIDI track and the complete sound.. and yeah i ussualy almost every time sidechain kick/bass..
do you guys think the computer is too slow for a simple drum set / VB-1 bass loop ? :|
second..is when i get a wav loop file...for instance @ 128 bpm, and i want to time strech it to 145 bpm ... i usualy select a bar or two... then select the wav loop...process/ Time Strech..and then i go for 'Set To Locators' and press process...
normaly the loop dosn't strech to my need..don't go to Locators as i want to. usually it get's like a little bit small compared the locators...
do you guys know what i'm doing wrong ?!

I don't know about your first question, but there is a much easier way to time strech in SX. On top of your project window you will see all your 'tools'. The first one, which is an arrow (like your windows mouse pointer) with a tiny arrow pointing down in the right hand corner. If you click that, you have two more 'sizing' tools. Third, being the time strech tool. Now you can select your audio file and drag either end to your liking. |

few days ago i've upgrades my EMU soundcard drivers... and now VB-1 is running smooth..for now..
i don't even think it could be a drivers problem..but now the same old 'vb-1 craken' cubase projects, and new ones are working!!
