cubase sample rate help me

my sample rate is changing all the time cos i keep using video with samples from the net, how do i change my sample rate back to normal settings?

when i listen to the samples on preview they sound ok, but when i put the in cubase they sound piched up like micky mouse.

thats because your project is probably at
48khz/(24bit), and the files are at 44.1khz/(16bit)...there for it sounds faster, because it has less samples to play per second.
you have the option in cubase to convert the files to the wanted sample rate, or change your project to a diffrent sample rate |
